Cascades
Cascades are basically small waterfalls with a couple of key differences. These water features create a shorter wall of water than a waterfall feature, and the water is pushed outward in a cascade, as opposed to upward in a waterfall. It’s also worth noting that a waterfall has one basic look, while cascades can either be installed to produce a solid wall of water or in a raindrop style. Spa Spillways
If you intend to have a spa attached to your swimming pool, a spa spillway is a unique addition. While most attached spas are level with the in-ground pool, a raised spa with a spillway adds some major visual interest. The orientation and structure of the spa will determine how the spillway will look and operate, so think carefully about the final look. You can have the spillway be a sheer drop, or you can have steps added to create a cascading spillway.
